• Private sharing with buyers. A verified agent can share your profile with a client they are working with, through a link made for that client. The client sees your profile as you set it up, with your photos, details, description, address and Windfal Price, and contacts the agent, not you.
• Protected links. Shared pages stay out of search engines and work only while the agent stays verified and your home stays on the map.
• A smoother sign-up on your phone. You set your Windfal Price and continue from one screen, with the price field and Continue button always in view. Your pin is placed exactly on your home's address, and your progress is saved if you reload the page.

For buyers

• Homes shared by your agent. Open the link your agent sends, with no account needed, to see the home's profile: the homeowner's photos, details and description, the address and the Windfal Price. Call, text or email your agent from the same page.

For agents

• Share a home with a client. Use the Share with a client button on a home, enter your client's name, and a private link is made and copied for you to send.
• Track every link. See each link you have made for a home, whether and when it was opened, and turn any link off at any time. Links expire on their own.

For everyone

• A new Contact page. Send the team a message at windfal.com/contact. A person in Edmonton reads every message and replies within one business day.
• A new Updates page. Every week's patch notes are collected at windfal.com/updates.

• Your Windfal Price is visible only to verified agents, and only verified agents can message you.
• Sign-up now confirms your home is in our Edmonton service area.

For agents

• A simpler sign-up. Your credentials come first, and the map unlocks as soon as you are verified.
• A rebuilt map. It shows every home in view, with each home's price on its pin, a satellite view, and home cards showing the full address and year built.
• Rebuilt messaging. AI drafts a message only when you ask, and your message templates are easier to edit.
• Smoother sign-in and loading across the app.

For everyone

• The new windfal.com is live, with a new homepage and new How it works, FAQ and About pages.
• New messages now appear on their own, for agents and homeowners.
• A home on Windfal is now called a profile, not a listing.

Work continued on improving how home photos look and on better ways for agents to narrow down homes on the map.
