We built Windfal to give homeowners another way. Set your price privately and hear from verified agents who know what it would take. No listing, no sign, and no commitment.
Many homeowners have a price they'd sell at. Very few ever find out whether a buyer would pay it, because the usual way to find out is to list, which means a public price, a sign on the lawn, showings, and a clock that starts counting against you the day your home goes up.

Homeowners who would move at the right price rarely list, and the agents working with buyers spend a lot of time and money trying to find them. The two sides rarely meet. We've spent more than two years building Windfal to connect them, starting with the homeowner, so it's your price, your details, and your decision at every step.
What Windfal is, and isn't
Windfal is a technology company, not a real estate brokerage. We don't list homes, and we don't represent buyers or sellers. We give homeowners a private way to set their price, and we give verified agents a way to reach them. When a homeowner decides to sell, the sale is completed with real estate lawyers, like any home sale.
Windfal is free for homeowners. Agents pay to use it.
